Congratulations Graduate! OSU
Jade Martinez, Chiloquin, recently graduated from Oregon State University where she earned a Master of Natural Resources with a Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Natural Resources. She also has a BA in Environmental Studies from the University of Oregon. Jade is the daughter of Lisa Ochoa (Klamath) and the late Joel Martinez (Warm Springs/Wasco). She is a 2009 Chiloquin High School graduate and currently resides at Agency Lake.
