VICTIM ADVOCATE ATTORNEY Klamath Tribes Judiciary RFQI #: 2121KTJ-2VAA

Introduction:
The Klamath Tribal Judiciary is seeking experienced and qualified individuals and firms to provide victim advocate attorney legal services for the Klamath Tribal Court Victims Set-Aside Program to assist tribal members who are victims of crime residing in Klamath County.
The Klamath Tribes is requesting a Qualifications Statement from licensed attorneys in good standing with the Oregon State Bar. The Qualifications Statement must show years of experience and qualifications as they relate to representation of victims of crime in a court of law and preferably, experience in working with Tribal Governments (the Klamath Tribes) and Indian families.
The intent of the Request for Qualifications Statement (RFQS) is to build a pool or attorneys who could be called to represent cases as they come up and as attorneys are available.
