Community Needs Assessment

Launching on April 4th, the Klamath Tribes are conducting a Tribal Community Needs Assessment survey to collect up-to-date, accurate information about the characteristics, needs, and priorities of the households and communities served by the Klamath Tribes.

If your household was one of the randomly selected tribal member homes in and around Beatty, Chiloquin, and Klamath Falls, you will be visited by a field staff member in an orange vest and ID badge to deliver a doorhanger with your household’s unique survey code. Use this code to take the survey online, on paper, or in-person with your field staff representative.
