The Healing Winds Program Manager is responsible for grant management, budget management, supervisory responsibilities, coordinating with Tribal Departments and non-Tribal agencies, and extensive administrative duties ot operate the Klamath Tribes victim service program. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining, developing, day-to-day operation and management of the Healing Winds Program.

The incumbent must have grant management experience, and ensure compliance with Funding Agency requirements, regulations, and reporting. The incumbent must be able to develop Program policies, processes, procedures, forms, and tracking systems which effectively ensure compliance with both The Klamath Tribes Policies and requirements of grant funding from several funding streams.

The purpose of the Healing Winds Program is to provide advocacy and support services to victims of Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, Dating Violence, Stalking, Elder Abuse, and Survivors of Homicide Victims.
