Klamath Indian Game Commission

The Klamath Indian Game Commission, acts in an advisory capacity to the Klamath Tribal Council, to provide recommendations and advice on natural resource matters such as management and utilization of fish and wildlife through the regulation of hunting, fishing, trapping and other matters, the Tribal Council deem necessary, for all enrolled Tribal members and on all lands over which the Klamath, Modoc and Yahooskin Band of Snake Indians possess treaty reserved rights.

For achieving this purpose, the Commission may recommend to the Tribal Council for review and approval, the promulgation of such rules, regulations and sanctioning procedures for violations of Tribal laws delegated to the Commission.
